This is my breakfast today. And here's the recipe.
Bananacado
1 Banana
1 Avocado
Water for consistency.
1 Hand Blender
Mix until smooth.
A Great Start
3 tbls Coconut flakes
2 tbls Sunflower seeds
2 tsp Coconut oil
1 tsp Honey
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/8 tsp Cardamom
1 pinch of Sun dried Sea Salt
1 small Food Processor ( I have an that fits my Hand Blender)
Mix until you reach desired pieces and stickiness.
