new recipes! and more

So today I will bring you a few new recipes... for I have been uncooking for a few days now.

The first one is a really easy and quick one, and (at least my) children love it!

Apple and cinnamon delight

The name of the dish is the ingredients, that how easy it is. Apple is apple, cinnamon is cinnamon and the delight is vanilla. Per person use

1½ apple
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp vanilla powder

Put everything in a food processor and mix until chunky. Serve in a bowl and if desired add some nuts, fresh berries and/or nutmilk.

The second ome is an addition to your salad or could be eaten alone as a morning dish.

Buckwheat morning

1-1½ dl buckwheat
1-2 tbsp hemp powder
1tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp soul life oil (or other real lemon tasting oil)

Soak and sprout the buckwheat for one day. I put the seeds in water over night and rinse in the morning, then rinse again in the evening and then one last time in the following morning before placing the sprouts in a bowl. Add the other ingredients and stir until the powder is evenly divided.

Serve with a salad as shown above or on its own in the morning sunshine.

Today I also had a late, yet empowering conversation with one of the most amazing women I know. We made a deal; love yourself this upcoming week. I will, will you? Please be part of this, play with me, learn and grow. Create a bit variety in your life and get more certain about yourself along the way.

The upcoming week really love yourself honestly. And if I don't know how? Sure you know. Have you ever loved anyone boundlessly, unconditionally? That how! Give yourself that gift! Reconnect with that inner child. The one who knows how to do it, as you once loved your parents (and perhaps still do). For one week, focus only on what you love with yourself. See nothing else. Let your love grow and fill your heart. Refill and charge yourself with love! It will change your perception of the world. As the late Jim Rohn once said;

"if you change, everything changes for you".

Have a blessed day fill with joy!
