two minute salad

Just a quick stop to leave a great recipe.

TWO MINUTE SALAD


ingredients
2 grapefruits
1 avocado
sprouted mungbean greens
1 banana
1 handful baby walnuts

directions
about a week in advance you have to soak and sprout the mungbeans in daylight. After 4-6 days or so they stary to grow leaves. Then they are ready.

When they are ready start with
peeling the grapefruits
and then dice them.
Put in a bowl.
Dice the avocado.
Place in the same bowl.
Cut the leaves and stems of the mungbeansprouts
Place in the same bowl.
Slice a banana on top.
Sprinkle some walnuts.
DON'T MIX!

Now here comes the hardest part:
Relax, breathe and enjoy your lunch!
(the two minutes was making - not eating - the salad)
